The People's Bank is a policy that solves the housing crisis by removing the usurious practices of land-lording and banking from the economy, and replacing them with a simple People's Bank that would lend at base rates to families buying their home and pay deposits at base rates to savers (often those who were formerly landlords who had just sold their houses to their tenants).
